The JHS Baseball batting cages were being flooded after heavy rains due to the difference in the grade between the field and the batting cages. The Booster club assisted with paying for a retaining wall to be installed in order to create a barrier and to force the water to be diverted around the batting

A brand new utility vehicle was donated for the athletics department to use around the JHS campus for transporting athletic equipment. The Booster Club donated the UTV during the 2022 Homecoming activities.

The purchase of additional weights to completely outfit the new workout stations located in the new athletic field house. 

In 2019 through a fundraiser and sponsorship by our local businesses we replaced the old scoreboard and time clocks with a state of art LED digital scoreboard and time clocks for Guy Campbell Stadium.

Jena Giant Booster members now have permanent chairs with backs on them for your football seating pleasure. Booster members can enjoy a comfortable seat while cheering on their Jena Giants at the home football games!

One of the first projects promoted by the booster club in 2011 was the initiative to “Paint the Town Black & Gold”. The objective of this initiative was pushed so that all athletic facilities would be painted the Jena High School color scheme in order to create school pride in the community. See the pictures
